Ms. Jyothi Naidu holds the Masters in Child Care & Education, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Skills and a Bachelor of Education. As the Head of Edufun Preschools and Day care, Banjara Hills branch, she is backed by her vast experience of over 20 years in the field of education of child care with some of the most premier educational institutions in the city.

As a highly dedicated, dynamic and enthusiastic leader has the ability to create a friendly atmosphere in which the teachers and children are able to give their best.

As a trained counselor she has the ability to address the concerns of both parents and children with a calm, caring and compassionate approach which in turn disentangles a parent’s emotional investment in their child from any genuine educational concerns.

She also takes lead for the development of curriculum area and provides guidance and support to the staff members in implementing schemes of work related to the curriculum both by means of meeting and by working alongside individual teachers with a high emphasis to quality compliance.

She believes in working collaboratively and has a passion to bring out the best in children and teachers. She evaluates, coaches and supervises all teaching and support staff. She has attended a number of workshops and is also trained in the idiscoveri Introductory Program Workshop for implementation of the Xseed at Edufun Preschool.
